WebI'm a bit of a hypochondriac so I thought I'd ask here, I'm 25 and recently noticed a lump in my neck directly below my chin and above my adam's apple. It's slightly to my right side a bit and feels small and sorta firm; I can kinda move it around a bit too, but it still stays in that spot.
