WebScatchard plots Before nonlinear regression programs were widely available, scientists transformed data to make a linear graph, and then analyzed the trans- formed data with linear regression. There are several ways to linearize binding data, but Scatchard plots (more accurately attributed to Rosen- thal) are used most often.
