WebYour rear hub is likely 120mm wide and has 1 cog on it. You'll need a new rear wheel that can fit multiple gears, which generally is 130mm wide. I am not sure if you'll find a hub that can fit gears in your spacing. For a steel bike you may be able to spread the frame to fit a wider hub.
