WebTo develop and build capacity of youth coaches to enhance provision of quality coaching. The BNSC Board took a decision to transfer the implementation of the Project to National Sport Associations in 2013. The BNSC Secretariat now focuses on funding, overall. supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the Project. WebThe HEROES mentorship programme is a project at the BNSC mainly aimed at capacity building of coaches and elite athletes in various National Sport Associations to mentor youth through sport. The two main objectives of the programme are ; Capacity building of coaches at grassroots level so as to empower the young athletes.
